"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I was just trying to place an order but the site froze on me twice, and by the time I finally got to checkout I was clicking around trying to figure out what was going on because the whole process felt confusing and kind of annoying...

"Way too pricey for what it is"
felt like it cost way too much for what you get. The planner wasn’t really anything special, just kinda basic tbh

"The layout is just... a lot!!!"
I found the pages hard to work with!! Everything feels kind of cluttered, and trying to plan stuff out gets annoying fast... I kept wishing there was more breathing room, or just a simpler setup!!!

"Shipping took way too long"
Shipping took forever honestly... late again and the tracking barely updated at all. Frustrating, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"The return process really wore me out"
I tried to exchange my order it just felt like way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The replies took forever, the instructions weren’t really clear, and I kept having to follow up just to get any idea of what was going on. It left a bad feeling overall.

"Customer service is completely ignoring me"
I’ve been waiting and still haven’t gotten a single reply from customer service. It’s ridiculous at this point, and they’re the reason this whole issue is dragging on. If they actually bothered to respond, maybe this wouldn’t be such a frustrating mess

"Holds up better than I expected"
I’ve used a few similar ones before, and this one seems to hold up better than most. The quality feels good, and so far it’s lasting really well.
